  The high-speed pulp washer sends the slurry into the gap between the polyester mesh and the chest roll through the headbox. When the slurry reaches the couch roll with the filter screen, the washing water is sprayed, It is replaced and washed again by the extrusion and centrifugal force of the filter screen and the couch roll, and then the slurry is scraped from the couch roll into the discharge screw by the scraper. The high concentration wastewater extruded at the chest roll and the low concentration wastewater extruded and replaced at the couch roll are discharged out of the equipment respectively to facilitate the subsequent wastewater treatment. In the above process, because the slurry layer between the filter screen and the roller is very thin, the ink particles, fillers and other small impurities in the slurry are less hindered by the slurry layer in the stripping process, so they are easy to be separated with water.

  The main structure of high-speed pulp washing machine is composed of chest roll, couch roll, filter screen, pulp inlet system, pulp outlet system, drainage system, washing system, net washing device, transmission system, frame, hood, etc. The chest roll is a rubber grooved roll, which can effectively prevent the slurry splash caused by the high-speed operation of the mesh roll. The couch roll is a rubber flat roll. The uneven extrusion of slurry generated by the supplementary groove roll is carried out on the couch roll through a scraper,

  1. High impurity removal efficiency, the material layer between the polyester mesh and the roller is very thin, the removal stroke of impurities in the slurry is short, and the obstacle from the slurry layer in the removal process is small. In addition, due to the centrifugal force generated by high-speed operation, small impurities such as filler and ink particles are easy to be removed, and the ash removal rate of the slurry after washing is more than 99%.

  2. High dewatering efficiency, extremely thin slurry layer and high centrifugal force are not only conducive to the removal of fine impurities, but also conducive to the removal of water. The equipment has low slurry inlet concentration and high slurry outlet concentration, so that the dewatering rate of the washed slurry can reach more than 90%.

  3. The washing degree of the washed pulp is high or low, and the concentrated pulp is highly concentrated and dehydrated with a very thin pulp layer under the action of high centrifugal force and net extrusion force at the chest roller; Fresh washing water is encountered at the inlet of the couch roll, and the slurry is replaced, washed and dehydrated again with high efficiency by relying on the high centrifugal extrusion produced by the couch roll. The washed slurry can achieve high washing cleanliness, which can fully meet the requirements of various pulps for pulp washing cleanliness. Therefore, there is no need to set any pulp washing equipment behind it, which greatly simplifies the pulping process, equipment investment cost and pulping power consumption.

  4. After washing, the slurry quality is uniform. The low slurry feeding concentration and the uniform slurry distribution of the slurry feeding system make the slurry evenly and uniformly distributed in any direction. In addition, the constant extrusion force and centrifugal force in the dehydration process make the slurry always have uniform dehydration power, so the slurry quality is uniform and stable.

  5. With small floor area and large production capacity, the dewatering power of the equipment comes from the extrusion force of the mesh roller and the centrifugal force generated by high-speed operation. It does not need additional pressure such as vacuum suction. Compared with the horizontal belt washer, the vacuum pump is omitted, the power consumption is reduced, and the installation cost is reduced compared with the vacuum washer, The washing and dehydration effect is much better than any equipment including the two.

  6. The special structure of the equipment can reduce the discount phenomenon of the filter screen during high-speed operation and greatly improve the service life of the filter screen.

  7. The utility model has the advantages of simple operation and labor saving. The device has a high degree of automation. During normal operation, there is no need for manual operation. The polyester net with guide strip saves the risk of net deviation. The well-designed cantilever net changing structure makes the net changing operation more simple and fast, saves time and labor, and improves the service efficiency of the equipment.

  8. The environment is clean, the operation is safe, and the fully closed structure design makes all the slurry after washing and concentration be concentrated in the equipment and discharged uniformly, while the extruded high concentration wastewater and low concentration wastewater are discharged separately in the equipment, which is conducive to the subsequent wastewater treatment.
