Mixed with the air, pulp enters cylindrical flotation chamber with small diameter in bottom in tangent direction for the first flotation; The pulp rises along the helix direction to the top and then overflows, the bubble attaches the ink particles and float onto the surface to form the ink foam and sucked away by vacuum ink absorption device. The stock which separated from the ink flows down to the out tank of the vessel and be guided into the liquid level tank so that the stock surface is keep distance from the foam suction pipe. During the process of the stock pumped outside the liquid level box, part of the stock into the outer tank through the venturi pulp air mixer, then mixing with the accepts at the top of the inner tube to carry out the second flotation , the ink particles absorbed by the secondary bubble rise to the foam layer on the pulp surface then be sucked away. The accepts rotates to the bottom of the outer tank then flow outside.
Design Features:
