MZC-1000lOW Consistency Cleaner is suitable for cleaning various kind of pulp with the consistency of 1.6%-2.0%.
Design Features:
The working consistency of Low Consistency Cleaner as high as 2.5%, hence the number of cleaner is reduced accordingly.It is suitable for meeting the requirements of high capacity pulp making equipment.
The bottom part equipment with axial flushing water device, it can control the coarse rejects consistency individually and control the fiber loss efficiently.
By diluting the coarse rejects, there will not appear block phenomenon in the process of reject discharging in every stage.
