Design Features:
Mainly composed of machine body, pulp outlet plate, screen plate, rotor device,etc. The machine body is designed in special structure to achieve strong turbulence so as to separate the fiber,light reject and heavy rejects,as well as to remove the light and heavy reject.
Adopting pulping feeding in upflow form, the high speed rotation of the rotor, which produces a strong turbulence inside the screen, which is gathered in the center of the vortex and is discharged from the center of the screen. Fiber bundle and stock are defibered between rotor and screen plate. The accepts is discharged out of accept outlet through screen plate. The heavy impurities accumulates in the rejects groove outside the screen plate and is periodically discharged through the sediment tank.
