Application:
Sludge press is the press equipment, widely used for paper mill swage, mineral waste eater, bleaching & dyeing swage, chemical fiber swage etc. to separate the water.
Design Features:
It is to process sludge with 1%-3% inlet consistency and feeding temperate of about 20°C. Sludge will reach 15% or high consistency through various dewatering procedure, Including gravity dewatering, wedge dewatering, swing dewatering, shear dewatering.
Belt-type thickener is widely applied in sludge handling system. It is tum sludge with low consistency to higher consistency.
