Application:

　　SG935- I series twin roll press is mainly used for stock washing and dewatering. It is suitable for the filtrating and thickening of dark pulp and bleached pulp to remove the dissolved solids, organic and inorganic in the pulp. It can ensure the uniform consistency of post-process pulp.

　　Design Features:

　　The machine is mainly composed of frame, lifting vats, press rolls, pulp discharging screw, spraying system and upper protective cover and etc. The drive form of press roll is hydraulic motor drive.

　　For the wood pulp, reed pulp, bamboo pulp, bagasse pulp, straw pulp with low freeness, short fiber length or the requirement of high outlet consistency, twin roll press can be used for washing and thickening at low or medium consistency.

　　Running with full automation, simple operation, reliable performance, big production capacity, high outlet consistency , low investment, low area occupation, water saving, the twin roll press can work in series and set up in intelligent working system.

　　Working principle:

　　The stock enters the two distribution plates of the twin roll press at the consistency of 3-8%; The two distribution plates distribute the stock evenly on the drum. Stock be squeezed between the drum and the base as the drum rotates. The stock is compressed and dehydrated to the consistency about 15%. The stock layer between the base and the drum is washed at a relatively high consistency, while washing water is added in both areas. The washing area is evenly distributed with wash water, as the volume between the two drums is reduced so that the stock is squeezed to a consistency of 25-32%.

　　While the scraper peels the stock from the drum, the stock is conveyed to the next process by the shredding screw.
