　　Application:

　　High consistency refiner is used for refining wood pulp, straw pulp, bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, waste paper pulp in high consistency condition.

　　Design Features:

　　Working in high consistency , the refiner can improve the pulp refining performance and reduce consumption significantly. The improvement of refined pulp quality is mainly due to the fact that the fibers form the cushion on the gear and gear edge of discs, consequently, reduce force of cutting fiber and increase the fiber refinement.

　　The reduction in energy consumption is mainly due to the fact that while refining in high consistency, the friction between the fibers is increased that reduces the possibility of touch of discs, and then reduces the energy consumption accordingly.

　　Working with hydraulic-controlled disc moving design, the high consistency refiner is an equipment with mechanical-electrical-hydraulic know-how design with automatic control system.
