　　Application:

　　The new type eccentric inlet high consistency refiner is used to all kind of virgin pulp and waste pulp. It can be used to rice straw, wheat straw, wood sheet and bamboo sheet for making-paper as well in different process design.It is one innovation-type refiner.

　　Design Features:

　　Adopting the advantages of H.C. refiner and development of inlet structure, it realizes to further reduce down the energy consumption of the machine.

　　The special design of fixed disc will make the fiber material easily enters into the flat refining area, it will avoid the jams in front of refining area; Furthermore, the fiber material can flow to refining area without external pushing by inlet screw, which enhances to reduce down the residence from axial load rotation of main shaft of driving disc, so as to reduce down the power consumption. The special feeding structure is increase the refining area and feeding without pressure, and also reduce the shaft loading and rotating power of refiner.
