Design Features:
When the diameter of refiner rotor is the same, the area of tapered shape refining surface is bigger and the refining time is longer so that the conical refiner can achieve a better refining performance with lower power consumption.
The structure design helps in more movement of refiner rotor in the horizontal direction, while less movement in radial direction. It helps to improve the adjustment accuracy of the rotor and stator clearance of refiner. The disc movement is controlled electrically.
