Design Features:
Under the pressure of centrifugal movement from the rotor, the impurity moves around the outside part of screen basket, Since the impurity moves quiet far away screen basket, the service life of screen basket can be increased due to the less wear.
The pulp rotating movement offsets some part of positive pulse at the movement that it floes through rotor, thus the positive pulse created by the rotor decreases, which results in mild screening of impurity from pulp.
Lower pulse help in sending pulp into headbox of paper machine in a stable condition so that the paper machine can run stably and less broken ends can be created.
The design of inflow approach screen helps in more throughput, lower energy consumption higher screening efficiency and less rejects.
