　　Application:

　　ZNS series twin-wire press is suitable for washing and thickening of all kinds of pulps. It is widely used in dispersion system of the recycled paper stock, bleaching system of the mechanical pulp with high consistency and the refining system of coarse rejects,etc. It can also be used in the forming stage of wetlap machine as well as the washing and thickening of mechanical pulp and straw pulp with low freeness.

　　Group dehydration of the dewatering filter plate and pressing roll unit;

　　Long nip, increasing pressure drop, and high concentration ratio stabilize outlet consistency at 28-48%.
